He is the Vice President of Hip Rock Star Advertising, an award winning, 360 - advertising, marketing, and media agency that focuses exclusively to build today’s socially conscious brands. With Modkins’ leadership, Hip Rock Star has received the Key to Miami and was listed by Roc Nation as a Black owned firm to do business with.  In 2022, Hip Rock Star was recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in the Southeast.  In 2021, the firm brought home 3 AIVIA Awards for Consumer Marketing, Business Marketing, and TV Production.  In 2020, the firm became an agency of record by the National Football League. In 2019 the firm was nominated as Small Business of the Year by the Miami-Dade Chamber of Commerce.   

He has always been in the room to be a tool for change.  His business acumen has led to being acknowledged and awarded from top brands such as CNN, The Weather Channel, Fellowship Sports, The Trayvon Martin Foundation, Turner Broadcasting, Hip Rock Star Advertising, and Cox Media. He was also listed as Legacy Miami Magazine’s Most Powerful & Influential Black Business leaders for 2022.  He is a Board Member for SBC Community Development Corporation and Chairman of Miami Dade Chamber of Commerce-South.
